Information we collect

We collect account details and content needed to operate SnapNStudy, including Study Packs, source-note images, generated materials, group memberships, messages, comments, quiz attempts, reports, and blocks.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, generate and store Study Packs, enable private collaboration, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information or use cross-app advertising trackers.

AI processing

Only Study Pack generation sends selected source-note images and pack details to the configured AI provider. Group chat, comments, invitations, and ordinary study activity do not use AI. Generated materials can be incorrect and should be checked against the source pages.

Sharing and storage

Study Packs are private until their owner shares them with a group. Group members can view the shared source pages and generated materials. Source images are stored in private object storage and accessed through short-lived links.

Deletion

Users can delete individual Study Packs or their complete account in the app. Deleting a pack removes its source images and shared access. Account deletion removes associated content, subject to limited retention required for security or law.

Students

SnapNStudy is intended for students age 13 and older. Users under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Do not upload or share material you do not have permission to distribute.
